The round drawn from the delivery feed's own stop coordinates, with what the drivers have recorded at the doors laid over it. Pick a door on the drawing or on the rail beneath it to read its window, its access and why it stands where it does.

Computed200.8 km · 104 kg CO2eWorked out here from the stop coordinates and the load at 0.518 kg per km for a 7.5 tonne rigid, road factor 1.3. The feed sends no distance, no mileage and no carbon.
Maxoptra plans the round and sequences the stops, and it keeps doing that. mCentral OPS consumes that feed, combines it with what happened at the door and owns both the driver's screen and this one. The drawing places the feed's real coordinates and spaces them so every door can be read; it draws no roads and uses no map service. The van marker sits on the last door with a GPS stamp, which is the last place this round is actually known to have been. Nothing here streams: a driver's tap appears on this screen on the next request, which is why it says live in this session.
What went wrong on W-12, and who owns it
Every non-clean outcome the driver recorded, with the path it travels: the event at the door, the desk that owns it, the next action, the resolution and the moment it closes. This is deliberately not mixed in with the progress above, because a round running to plan and a customer waiting on a credit are two different jobs.

  5. Not closed yetThe drop stays on the board, and on the round, until the follow-up is finished.
The resolution workflow is the one already on the drop record: nothing here keeps a second copy of the state. Resolve it opens the same screen, and what is done there closes the path above.
The factors these figures stand on
Maxoptra sends no distance, no mileage, no fuel and no CO2. Every carbon and cost figure on this screen is computed from the coordinates and the load, so the factors are here on the screen rather than buried in the code. Change one and the whole screen recalculates.

These are working defaults. MSC's own agreed emissions factor replaces the two vehicle figures the day it is given to us, and every number above it moves with it.

3 of 7 doors have both GPS stamps. 3 arrived after the planned minute, and every one landed inside the window the customer was promised. Rows marked "recorded on the handset" were closed by the driver in the app in this session, so the office reads the outcome and the GPS stamps off the same record with nobody rekeying either.
Drift down the round
One slow drop pushes every stop behind it. The stop numbers are what make that visible, so the office can see the door that caused it rather than guessing at the round that reported late.

Stop 3, Wexley Care Homes, took 32 minutes against a planned 20. That door alone put 12 minutes into every stop behind it. The round left its last recorded door 30 min late.

The top bar is what the door actually took and the pale bar beneath it is the plan. Across the recorded doors on W-12 the round spent 15 minutes more at the door than planned. A site that consistently runs over is a planning figure to correct, not a driver to chase.
Carbon across the board today
Every round, computed the same way from its own coordinates, its own load and its own vehicle class. This is the number that goes in front of a customer asking about their supply chain, so it says on its face how it was arrived at.

268 kg CO2e across 4 rounds and 19 drops, 614.9 km of road distance and 129 tonne kilometres. Grams per tonne kilometre runs high on any multidrop round, on any fleet, because a van carrying light consumables to many doors moves few tonne kilometres for the distance it covers. It is the figure that moves when loads are consolidated, which is what makes it worth carrying. Computed from the feed's coordinates and load, at the factors stated above. Not measured at the tailpipe, and never presented as though it were.
What a failed drop costs
failReason says why the door did not complete. The coordinates say how far away it is. Together they price the redelivery, which is the figure that turns a failed drop from an annoyance into a number a customer conversation can stand on.

Priced two ways because the honest answer depends on the plan. A dedicated run is the worst case. Riding on a round already passing near that door is the best case, and it is the one worth asking Maxoptra to sequence. Distance is computed; the reason and the door are from the feed.
Consolidation test
Two stops inside 2 km of each other are the same door as far as a van is concerned. The test measures every pair of doors on the board and reports the closest, whether the answer is a saving or a confirmation that the plan already had it right.

No two doors on today's board are inside 2 km, so the closest pairs are listed by distance instead. Widen the radius above and the test runs again on the same coordinates. Run it across a week and a door visited twice becomes a round that could have been one.

Maxoptra plans the round and sequences the stops, and it keeps doing that. mCentral OPS is the interface and the record: it reads the feed, keeps what happened at the door and turns it into figures a person can act on. The same screen runs on another provider's feed, because it only asks for coordinates, planned times and GPS stamps. Stop numbers, planned and GPS times, coordinates, load and fail reasons are feed fields. Distance, cost and carbon are computed here, at the factors stated on this screen.
