The ownership is explicit, so a missing field always has one place to be completed and one person responsible for closing it.

Canonical descriptions, selling copy and SEO belong to the mCentral PIM, and no line on the feed carries them yet. This drafts the description, the selling points and the search terms from what is actually known about the line, for you to review and mark Draft ready for PIM. A draft never becomes canonical here and never closes the PIM's gap: only a PIM source update does that. Chemical safety data is never written at all. Where a line needs COSHH it says so, names the two documents and names who closes it.
