Maxoptra plans the round and sequences the stops, and it keeps doing that. mCentral OPS consumes that feed, combines it with what happened at the door and owns both the driver's screen and this one. The drawing places the feed's real coordinates and spaces them so every door can be read; it draws no roads and uses no map service. The van marker sits on the last door with a GPS stamp, which is the last place this round is actually known to have been. Nothing here streams: a driver's tap appears on this screen on the next request, which is why it says live in this session.

Every non-clean outcome the driver recorded, with the path it travels: the event at the door, the desk that owns it, the next action, the resolution and the moment it closes. This is deliberately not mixed in with the progress above, because a round running to plan and a customer waiting on a credit are two different jobs.

What a failed drop costs
failReason says why the door did not complete. The coordinates say how far away it is. Together they price the redelivery, which is the figure that turns a failed drop from an annoyance into a number a customer conversation can stand on.

Priced two ways because the honest answer depends on the plan. A dedicated run is the worst case. Riding on a round already passing near that door is the best case, and it is the one worth asking Maxoptra to sequence. Distance is computed; the reason and the door are from the feed.
Consolidation test
Two stops inside 2 km of each other are the same door as far as a van is concerned. The test measures every pair of doors on the board and reports the closest, whether the answer is a saving or a confirmation that the plan already had it right.

No two doors on today's board are inside 2 km, so the closest pairs are listed by distance instead. Widen the radius above and the test runs again on the same coordinates. Run it across a week and a door visited twice becomes a round that could have been one.
