A site price list takes priority where one exists. Otherwise the head-office price list applies.

A site with its own list resolves the site price; every other site resolves the head-office price. Contract prices show green on quote and order lines.

Nothing yet. Agreeing a price on a quote offers to save it here; the choice is a session record, never a write to the live price list.

One record: these are J4's own quote agreements read back, not a second price model.
Pricing auditConflicts between a location price and the head-office price1 to review
BioVate Washroom Cleaner 1L · BIODOSY42600LOrders from Crawley Care Home price BioVate Washroom Cleaner 1L at £13.10 while every other site prices it at £11.00 from the head-office list.Detected because the same product carries a location price that disagrees with the head-office price, and the site list wins under the rule, so the location value is the one orders actually use.Safe correction: move £11.00 onto the head-office list and remove the Crawley Care Home line, so every site resolves the same price. Recorded here for the pricing desk; nothing changes on the live price list from this screen.Crawley Care Home: £13.10 Head office: £11.00
The observed failure shape: a price uploaded to a location that should have gone to head office, so that site's orders price wrongly until the line is moved.
